Registration Guidelines
Participants who register will have access to scientific sessions.
A participation certificate will be provided to those who register and attend the sessions.
All attendees, including speakers, audience members, accompanying persons, and company representatives, must complete the registration process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
For cancellations made before August 1, 2026, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 1, 2026.
All refunds will be processed after the congress concludes.

Name Change Policy:
Name changes can be made until August 15, 2026.
No name changes will be allowed after August 15, 2026.
To finalize registration, payment receipts and the list of names must be submitted to the EVENTA Congress and Tourism Organization Secretariat.

Registration fees do not include VAT.

ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation prices are a 3-night package and include full board accommodation (check-in on September 16, 2026 at 14.00 and check-out on September 20, 2026 at 12.00 with breakfast).

• A For accommodation confirmation, the fees must be paid to the congress account and the receipt must be sent to the Congress Secretariat. Accommodation price includes breakfast and dinner. Accommodation prices include 2% Accommodation Tax and 10% VAT will be added.

• For all payments not paid on time or delayed after the congress date, an additional 10% will be added and charged to you as announced in the budgets and on the website.

• Additional taxes will be added to the prices.

• Registration and accommodation procedures will only be valid once you send your request to ozcan@eventa.com.tr, receive the budget details, confirm the budget, and submit the bank receipt showing that the necessary payments have been made to the account numbers below via email to EVENTA CONGRESS. Applications submitted with only a bank receipt or without budget confirmation will not be accepted and will be placed on the waiting list.

• Accommodation prices are a 4-night package and include full board accommodation.
• The other conditions are as above.

TRANSFER SERVICE

• Round-Trip Group Transfer (Airport – Hotel – Airport): 100 € + VAT per person.
• To ensure a smooth transfer process, flight details must be submitted to the agency at least 20 days before the congress starts.The agency will not be responsible for any issues caused by late submission of transfer requests.


CANCELLATION POLICY
• All registration and accommodation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Eventa Congress & Tourism.
• Accommodation confirmation will be granted based on payment priority. If payment is not made by the specified deadline, the Congress Organization Secretariat cannot guarantee accommodation reservations.
• Cancellations before August 1, 2026: 50% of the paid accommodation fee will be refunded. Cancellations on or after September 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
• After August 1, only name changes will be accepted.
Deadline for name changes: August 15, 2026.
