• Paper submissions for the conference will be accepted under two categories: "Oral" and "Poster" presentations.
• The papers must be submitted in Turkish (English for international participants).
• A separate venue will be allocated for oral presentations, allowing for a substantial number of oral presentations to be delivered.
• The scientific committee reserves the right to convert papers between oral and poster presentations.
• Papers that are included in the program but not presented at the conference or whose abstracts are not submitted on time will not be published in the abstracts book. Abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Organizing Committee, and acceptance or rejection letters along with presentation format (oral/poster) will be communicated to the applicants by September 1, 2024 and will also be announced on the official congress website.
• The final submission deadline for abstracts is
August 20, 2024 After this date, submissions will not be considered. Papers will be published on the website after the congress.
• To complete the registration process, participants must inform the congress organizing company of their registration request and deposit the registration fee into the specified bank account.
• For detailed information about registration, please visit the "Registration" page on our website. Participants whose papers are accepted must complete their registration by .... . Failure to complete the registration process will result in the removal of papers from the scientific program.
Points for Authors to Note
• For papers to be published in the conference proceedings, conference registration is mandatory.
• Papers will only be accepted online via the conference website and will be evaluated by the peer review committee. Abstracts submitted via email or other means will not be considered for evaluation.
• Abstracts must not exceed 300 words. They should be free of errors (submissions exceeding 300 words will not be accepted by the system).
• Abbreviations should not be used in titles. Rules regarding titles, author names, and institutional affiliations are provided in the online system.
• When writing author names, affiliations, institutions, and city names, long addresses and titles should not be included.
• Abstracts should be written in the following order: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
• Abbreviations other than those used in the international system should not be employed.
• All papers within our congress will be presented in Turkish.
• Acceptance or rejection letters will be sent to your registered email address through the system. Additionally, you can track your paper results through the system.
ATTENTION: Abstracts will be placed in the PDF Proceedings Booklet exactly as submitted, and no corrections will be made.
NOTE: All necessary explanations are available in the system. You can track the entire evaluation process of your paper through the system using your email and password.
How to Prepare the Full Text?
• Have your previously prepared document (in Word format, containing only text, images, or tables) ready on your computer.
• Prepare your accepted poster or oral abstract presentations as full-text papers in a separate Word document.
• Full-text papers are limited to a maximum of 1300 words, 4 figures/images, 4 tables, and 20 references.

• Full-text papers will also be published separately as the "Full Text Proceedings Booklet" after the congress. Submission of full-text papers is not mandatory.
